Dental Practices often have difficulty in locating dental job candidates for Permanent, Short-Term, Temporary and Fill-In dental jobs.

DentalPost.net was created by Tonya Lanthier, RDH - a successful dental hygienist who has been working in the dental field for over 14 years, to facilitate direct communication between these groups solely for the purpose of employment.

Here's how DentalPost.net works:

• Dental Practices post their dental job listings at www.DentalPost.net
• We send a targeted email to all job seekers who have registered with us.
• That email and the posting at DentalPost.net contain the contact information (phone, fax, email, online application, etc.)
• Users apply to the job posting online.
• You communicate directly and reach agreement on fees, conditions and dates.
• We also maintain a resume database to allow dental job seekers to post their availability.
• We are NOT a staffing agency, and therefore do not charge ANY placement fees.

All of our job seeker services are 100% free. Depending on the area, employers may be charged a modest fee for posting a job opening or subscribing to our resume database. Our current employer fee schedule can be found here.
