Dental Assistant and Clinical Manager
Donerlson-McCullough Dental Center is seeking
a Clinical Manager to coordinate the
treatment area of our 3 doctor practice.
This dual role includes being a dental
assistant 3 days/week to the Practice Owner,
Darryal McCullough, and performing the
responsibilities of a clinical manager which
includes the hiring, supervision and training
of a large team of dental assistants.
Qualified candidates are not only skilled in
assisting, but know how to motivate others,
respectfully confront performance issues,
trouble shoot scheduling problems and
document/organize systems.
Our office is located at xxxx Lake Harbin
Road in Morrow, Georgia and we are making
plans to construct a beautiful new,
state-of-the-art facility behind our existing
office building.

Qualified candidates must have a least 5
years of assisting experience and well
grounded training and experience in personnel
management.
