Assistant Office Manager
Coast Dental is looking for an Assistant
Office Manager looking to take on a new and
exciting opportunity in our Suwanee, GA
practice. This is a great opportunity for an
experienced Assistant Office Manager to be

Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Assist Office Manager with managing
office staff and accountable for building a
productive patient schedule.
2. Process and file insurance claims for
patients accurately and in a timely manner.
3. Explain treatment plans and financing
options to patients.
4. Review and train on Accounts Receivables
and collections.
5. Perform daily deposits on time and
accurately.
6. Demonstrate effective communication to
ensure cooperation between the front office
and the back office (including reading and
responding to email, sharing newsletters,
correspondence and appropriate data).
7. Assist with oversight of supplies and
inventory.
8. Assist with managing safety and
compliance such as ensuring MSDS sheets for
each location are accurate and on-site;
track, exchange and review office radiation
badges, etc.
9. All other duties and responsibilities as
assigned.
Requirements:
1. Associate's Degree in business, or
equivalent.
2. Experience with dental office management.
3. Experience with dental practice
management software such as EagleSoft is
preferred.
4. Strong knowledge of the front and back
office dental operations.
5. Effective communication and time
management skills.
6. Ability to work in fast-paced
environment.
7. General knowledge of dental terminology.
