Description
Dental Office Consultant / Trainer and Manager

Established, stable Atlanta large group
dental practice is seeking a Full Time
Contract Employee (Monday - Friday) for 6
months to work side by side with us and our
staff with your key responsibility being to
train our rising manager/owner.

Our rising business manager (the one you will
be training) possesses extensive business
experience which translates well to the
functions and operations within a dental
office, but lacks dental experience. Enjoy
taking your knowledge and experience to shape
our manager in the same manner as a
consultant trains and teaches staff. Yoda
trained Luke Skywalker - you can train our
rising star!

The qualified candidate will act as interim
manager during training. With multiple
locations and expansion, if mutually desired,
there is a possibility of a future permanent
position in our company, but those candidates
only desiring contract work are as equally
favored.

To qualify for consideration, candidates must
be experienced and well versed in all aspects
of dental management including:

1. Exemplary leadership skills that
positively motivate and inspire others while
keeping site of company goals.

2. Detailed knowledge of dental insurance,
claim submission and tracking.

3. Excellent written language skills for
letter writing, procedure writing and email
communications.

4. Tack and diplomacy to address the
positive challenges of working with staff,
doctors and patients from all walks of life.

5. Minimum 5 years experience managing a
dental office of 6 or more employees.

6. Experience with growth tracking, business
planning, budget management, sales and price
negotiation.

7. In-depth understanding of communications
between clinical and front office business
areas and systematic organization.

8. Impeccable references.

Interested candidates should submit a cover
letter stating why this position is of
interest to you and a detailed resume
including education and detailed employment
