Office Coordinator. Beautiful, new, family
oriented, general and cosmetic practice is
searching for energetic, self starter.
Experience in high producing office(s)
preferred. Exceptional customer service and
communication skills a must!
The right candidate will be an expert in
insurance verification, filing claims,
patient and insurance billing and
collections, insurance fee negotiation, must
be a team player, responsible for developing
and managing an outstanding referral
program, and would also be responsible for
upholding the office's physical integrity
including reception area and waiting room,
patient check-in and walk-out. 2 years
dentistry experience required
Paperless environment experience mandatory.
Eaglesoft and the Microsoft Suite are highly
desirable
This position will be paid on an hourly +
bonus on collections over production system.
