We offer: Health Insurance after the first 90 days 2 weeks paid vacation after a year Paid holidays after the first 90 days Bonus structure We are on a mission to change our Cypress, TX community through quality dentistry and we’re looking for a full-time (35-40 hours weekly) Dental Assistant to help us do it. The ideal candidate will be friendly, outgoing, highly organized and a problem solver. He or she will have excellent interpersonal skills as well as the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, high-energy environment. If this sounds like you, respond to this post. Responsibilities: • Provide outstanding customer service for the patient; excellent chair side manner. • Assist the doctor with all dental procedures. • Performing patient oral evaluations. • Take and organize digital x-rays. • Help clean the office and treatment rooms. • Greet and welcome patients and help them complete forms. • Contact recall patients and patients with unscheduled treatment. • Schedule, reschedule, or cancel appointments as needed. • Verifying methods of payment and collecting payments as needed. Requirements: • Prior RDA experience. • Prior front desk experience. • Proven experience working in a dental office. • Sound knowledge of dental terminology. • Proficient in dental practice management software. • Working knowledge of general administrative practices. • Good telephone etiquette. • Exceptional organizational skills. • Excellent customer service skills.
