Description Private dental practice (PPO/FFS mix) is seeking a friendly, professional front office staff (Treatment coordinator, billing specialist, or potentially office manager) who is committed to providing exceptional patient care and service. Be able to perform all tasks involved in dental administrative duties. Including but not limited to answering calls, make appointments recalls, check in/check out, post and collect payments, file insurance, etc. Need excellent patient service skills with professional and courteous manner. Open Dental software experience is a plus but not required. Qualifications: Minimum: 1 year experience with front desk duties (billing, insurance verification, etc) Strong organizational skills Motivated, team player Excellent communication Self-starter Willing to learn Punctual Exceptional customer service skills Benefits including PTO, 401k, trained CE allowance, and bonuses for the right candidate.
