OUR PRACTICE Advance Orthodontics of Houston was founded by Dr. John Karotkin in 2009. Over the last 15 years, we have become one of Houston’s most prominent orthodontic specialty practices. Our adult/child patient mix is approximately 50/50. We utilize state of the art practice management software and the latest technology in braces, clear aligners, and other appliance systems. APPLICANT REQUIREMENTS *This position requires a friendly smile, rock-solid reliability, strong self-motivation and work ethic, the ability to multi-task, excellent organizational and communication skills, and a teamwork mentality. *You must enjoy learning, take constructive feedback well, and “take ownership” of your role and responsibilities. *Orthodontic experience a plus but not required *Bilingual English/Spanish a plus but not required *Background check and drug test required before starting work COMPENSATION & BENEFITS *Competitive salary *Medical insurance *401k retirement plan *Quarterly bonus *Paid time off & holidays *Continuing education *License and certification fees *Orthodontic treatment for self & family HOURS This is a 3 full day per week position. A 4th day per week for non-patient-care duties may be open for discussion if the candidate prefers. Work weeks alternate between (a) Mon-Wed (Thu admin day) and (b) Wed-Fri (Tue admin day).
