What You'll Do:
• Extend a warm welcome to patients, ensuring their comfort from the moment they arrive.
• Coordinate appointments and optimize our dental team's schedule for efficiency.
• Provide excellent customer service by answering inquiries and addressing concerns.
• Verify insurance details and assist with billing inquiries.
• Maintain cancellation lists to ensure seamless continuity of care.
• Support administrative tasks to facilitate the practice's smooth operation.
Qualifications:
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Exceptional customer service and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency in computer systems and basic office software.
• Previous dental office experience is advantageous but not essential.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
• Positive attitude and a collaborative team mindset.
