H.S. Diploma or equivalent
Must have excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
Candidate must have 3+ years of dental/Front Desk experience and knowledge *Resumes submitted that to NOT meet the requirements will not be contacted.
Must be detailed oriented, accurate, reliable, and well-versed
Demonstrated superior customer service skills
Must be friendly, outgoing, punctual, and dependent. Experience preferred.
Duties include but not limited to:
•?Answer the telephone in a courteous and professional manner
•?Assist patients and their families in a compassionate manner
•Fax and ?Scan documents
•Assist in routing telephone calls and messages to the appropriate clinical staff
•Collect copayments at each patient encounter
•Ensures that each patient has the correct forms to fill out prior to each patient encounter (demographics, medical record release, HIPAA, consent forms, new patient intake forms, etc.)
•Pull and file charts
•Verify insurance eligibility and provide insurance estimates to patients
$11-$13 an hour
