We are looking for a dynamic, compassionate and resourceful professional who is self-motivated with excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills; who effectively collaborates with patients, doctors and dental staff, and fosters quality relationships with patients to inspire and motivate.  This Office Manager position will require attention to all aspects of the patient’s experience, including but not limited to: Greeting, checking in and out patients, answer phones, scheduling and confirming appointments. Handling patient’s financial matters; Calculate and collect patient’s co-payments. Create, present, financially coordinate and schedule treatment plans. Verify insurance eligibility and coverage with detailed breakdown of dental benefits. Communicate with patients and insurance companies by phone, email and in person.  Submit electronic claims to insurance companies for payment of services. Monitor insurance claims aging and collection. Update patient’s chart and scan data into computer. Implement the Billing/Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable Systems. Maintain the Recall / Continuing Care and Patient Retention System. Prior dental office experience in an administrative role for 2-3 years minimum is essential with strong customer service and financial skills. You must be able to hit the ground running. Working knowledge of Dentrix Dental Software is a must. Salary and benefits commensurate with skills and experience.
