  Friday, 19 April 2019

Insight Dental is a fast paced, upbeat, friendly General private practice in the heart of Marietta, 2 miles west of the Marietta Square. We are seeking an experienced, dynamic Treatment Coordinator/Scheduling Manager to support 1 doctor and 2 hygienists. The right candidate will have a minimum of 3-5 years of experience performing Treatment Coordinator and Scheduling responsibilities in predominately PPO/cash GENERAL practices (80% PPO/20% cash), including meeting and exceeding goals for closing treatment as well as calling patients to schedule treatment if you were unable to get them scheduled in-office, and scheduling work (in-office and phone calls) to keep the hygiene schedule full. Goals include scheduling 70-80% of treatment with patients of record, and 60-70% of treatment with new patients. You will also confirm appointments and ensure our cancelation policy is communicated respectfully to patients, to minimize no call/no shows as much as possible. You have not been accustomed to sitting and waiting for patients to show up and do treatment. You proactively schedule treatment in office, and will gladly make phone calls to fill the schedule. Compensation: $20-$25 per hour commensurate with skill and experience, plus bonuses based on production, # of hygiene appointments scheduled monthly and a few other bonuses, giving the  REASONABLE opportunity to earn an additional $200-$800 monthly. In addition, youll receive dental benefits and earn PTO. The right person will have experience in tracking and working towards daily and monthly goals, and is confident when presenting treatment as well as financial arrangements to patients. High dollar treatment plan presentations do not intimidate you! You are kind to patients you work with, but you do not fall apart when you hear stories about patients financial situations. You strive to work in an environment where you trust your doctors and hygienists, and believe that their recommended treatment is truly the best for your patients. This allows you to confidently present treatment effectively to patients. You also watch the schedule like a hawk throughout the day, and will make phone calls to patients to fill holes in the schedule. You are willing to split your time at the front desk, as this gives you the opportunity to schedule patients and ask for referrals. You also have the background with insurance that allows you to oversee A/R (you are not collecting, but monitoring A/R to make sure adjustments and write-offs are correct). Skills include: confidence, being proactive (understanding your job duties and performing them without being told what to do), excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong critical thinking and analytical abilities, friendliness, assertiveness, and the ability to learn new systems and technology easily. You are someone who likes to understand your job and get to work without needing the doctor or owner to tell you what you to do.  If you fit this description, please email your resume and compensation requirements to .
