Enthusiastically greet and prepare patients for dental care
Be a resource to the dentist during a variety of treatment procedures
Set up and breakdown operatory post-treatment
Capture quality x-ray images
Manage infection control - prepare and sterilize instruments and equipment
Help practice run smoothly by maintaining dental supplies and ensuring equipment
Provide patients with instructions for oral care following all dental treatment
Interact with patients to resolve issues with enthusiasm and kindness
State certification/licensure as required to work as a Dental Assistant, DANB
RHS exam, active CPR and compliance with any other licensing or credentialing
One or more years of relevant experience in the dental industry required
Strong communication skills, a can do attitude, flexibility and dependability

Chester Springs Dental Medicine Associates is seeking a motivated and dependable
individual with a keen attention to detail to join our family-oriented team as
an Expanded Function Dental Assistant (EFDA). The candidate must possess a team
player attitude and strong communication skills to interact with patients.
Responsibilities will include expanded duties, as well as preparing treatment
rooms for patients, instrument sterilization, positioning instrument’s for the
dentist’s access and passing instruments during treatment, placing and/or
removing of matrices and rubber dams, pouring, trimming, and polishing study
casts, documenting dental services in the patient’s chart, maintaining a safe
and clean working environment, monitoring dental supplies and ordering inventory
as needed, and more.
Candidates should be prepared to work full-time. Competitive pay, PTO, dental
