Superstar Treatment Coordinator Needed for busy Orthodontic Office State of the art orthodontic practice seeks a SUPERSTAR Team Member and sales professional, to be our treatment coordinator. This position is the face and initial impression of the practice so you must be able to communicate effectively and build value in the Orthodontist and the practice. We are looking for the right person who can promote our Company Culture and Agrees with our Core Values to support our Vision. Your job would be selling orthodontic treatment internally and externally. No Orthodontic experience is required, but SALES EXPERIENCE IS A MUST!! Must also be Computer Savvy, can type well and familiar with computers as our office is paperless. The best candidate will have a Calm yet Friendly Personality, be pleasant, outgoing and professional. You must be able to pay attention to detail, be Efficient and Self Motivated, and a Fast Learner. Our SUPERSTAR must have Excellent Communication Skills and Listening Skills, be able to work in a fast- paced environment and have the ability to stay composed under stress. Great phone and follow up skills and most importantly the ability to close the sale/treatment by asking for the business. The position is 4.5 days a week, and requires some clerical and financial reporting duties, answering phones and help with front desk duties. You must have the ability to problem-solve along with great organization skills. Must be willing to help with outside marketing, internal marketing and special projects. We are looking for someone with a great attitude, a team player and a friendly disposition. You must be willing to work some key weekend and evening practice promotion events with notice. We have three offices so traveling between the three is required.
