On behalf of the Greater Houston Dental Society, I invite you to attend the 50th annual Star of the South Dental Meeting. It is my honor to serve as chair to this year’s meeting

I look forward to seeing friends. colleagues, students and staff as we take this meeting live.  Rest assured that the Greater Houston Dental Society, along with the City of Houston and the George R. Brown Convention Center will follow all safety protocols to keep everyone safe.  These protocols include limitations on occupancy in the exhibit hall and in the classrooms. So, plan to register early to get a seat in your preferred program.  Registration will be available in March.

We are excited to bring you this opportunity to network, engage, learn, and share. The 2021 Star of the South will provide something for all dental professionals. We have an excellent line-up of speakers and programs.  Bring your staff and join your colleagues as we “Take Technology to a New Level.” Our line-up of speakers and programs will do just that!

Plan to relax and socialize after your continuing education classes during the President’s Welcome Reception from 4:30 – 6:30 on Friday in the Exhibit Hall.  On Saturday, the Closing Reception from 4:00 p.m. – 6:00 p.m. will a Happy Hours cash bar, light snacks, and prize drawings.
