At some point, we realize that the dentistry is easier than running the business. We get little training in dental school for the challenges of being a business owner and leading even though it is the most stressful part of most dentists’ day. This presentation will review some key elements of a successful business including best practices for building the team that you need around you and becoming a highly effective leader. Specific focus will address best practices in decision-making strategy, hiring the right team members, bonus and incentive systems and the relationship between money and happiness.
