Front Office Assistant needed for practice with today's technology and yesterday's
customer service principles. Our rapidly expanding practice needs an additional
team member to answer phones, schedule patients, post payments at time of service,
and generally help keep administrative area running smoothly. Duties may sometimes
involve presenting treatment plans to patients (fees and copayments) or calling
Knowledge of clinical dentistry (charting or assisting experience)a plus.
Knowledge of Dentrix dental software double plus.
Hours somewhat flexible, but we are looking for 20-24 hours per week (part time)
with the possibility of expanding to full time (32-26 hours).
