Busy Orthodontics office is looking for a Front Desk Administrator/Insurance
Coordinator. We are looking for someone who is enthusiastic, organized,
personable, with excellent communication skills and a strong team player. Duties
include but are not limited to:
* Verifying and submitting insurance claims
* Managing Account Receivable (both patient and insurance)
* Financial arrangements
* Answering phones
* Greeting patients
* Scheduling appointments
Experience in an orthodontic or dental office is preferred. Knowledge of
OrthoTrac software is a strong plus.
Four days/30 hours per week.
