Family-oriented private practice dental office, located in Royse City, Texas, is looking for someone to fill a full-time Office Manager position. We are seeking the right candidate to work with our dentists and team to provide our patients with the highest quality dental care possible. This role offers the right candidate an opportunity to develop a supportive environment for the providers, staff and patients. This candidate manages daily office activities and ensures quality and efficiency standards through staffing, scheduling, patient flow, performance management, and other office goals. Responsibilities: Achieve financial performance and revenue growth goals while supporting our culture and mission. Act as an expert in the local market, employing best practices for patient acquisition and retention. Provide direct individual and team leadership to achieve success in an entrepreneurial environment. Takes responsibility of entire office including, but not limited to, marketing, financials, staffing levels, employee engagement, patient count, and office efficiencies. Regularly monitors all key performance areas of office: budget, staffing levels, schedules, collections, outside & internal referrals, doctor productivity, and adjusts as necessary. Ensures that all company policies and procedures are followed and that all core values are exemplified and reinforced. Coaches and mentors staff by example and through use of clearly communicated expectations, action plans, progress meetings, performance reviews, etc. Ensures productive, team-oriented work environment-Conducts regular staff meetings to provide information to staff and to solicit feedback from staff. Requirements The ideal candidate will need to have an ownership mentality, be organized, detail oriented, and be a good communicator with great people skills. Integrity and being able to work in a team environment is a must for this candidate. 3-5 years of experience in a management environment, dental office experience preferred Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to make decisions independently. Competitive spirit with a strong desire to succeed, exceed goals, and maximize opportunities. Demonstrates the ability to solve common problems and to provide immediate solutions. Demonstrates the ability to build relationships, both internally and with patients. Knowledge of Microsoft Office business applications and other office related products.
