Busy general dentistry practice with focus on implant dentistry seeks experienced,
professional individual to join our team. Job duties include (but not limited to)
insurance and benefit verification for all upcoming appointments for new and
established patients, verification and out-of-pocket estimates for patients, daily
appointment verification of deductible, copay or coinsurance due for visit and/or
procedures, and meeting with patients to explain benefits. This position will be
the point of contact for coordination and confirmation of insurance benefits for
The ideal candidate will be able to work independently, but also able to work well
within our team structure and interact with all members of the team in a positive
Minimum 5 years experience in a dental or medical billing, collections, and
insurance verification. Position will work primarily out of our location primary
location in xxxx5, but will need to be available for training and meetings in our
Kempsville (xxxx4) office as needed.
Job Type: Full-time (Monday through Friday, average 35-40 hours per week.)
