Seeking Friendly & Organized Treatment Coordinator Busy, multi-doctor dental practice looking for a full-time Treatment Coordinator to provide cheerful, superior service to our valued patients. You must be eager and excited to help patients determine the best payment option for their treatment and be willing to take the time to make sure the patient understands each aspect of their treatment plan. Having the ability to multi-task is a must! The doctors rely on your speed and accuracy when creating a treatment plan to keep them on schedule and to show the patient we value their time. Maintaining our reputation of being a family friendly dental practice is very important. You need excellent interpersonal skills in order to contribute to the team and communicate calmly and reassuringly with patients. Having a positive and pleasant relationship with our patients is crucial and helps them feel they made the right decision in choosing us for their dental needs. Duties include, but not limited to: Presenting treatment plans clearly to patients Setting up payment plans: In-house plan and CareCredit Submitting claims to insurance: correcting, resubmitting, and beginning claim appeals Corresponding with various insurance companies to obtain timely payment Credentialing Answering phone calls and patient’s billing questions Processing payments Checking patients out and scheduling their next appointments Coordinating treatment with various Oral Surgeons, Endodontists, Periodontists, etc. Ordering retail merchandise Scheduling Lunch & Learns, CPR certifications, and CE courses Providing support to your coworkers who are in need
