We are looking for a dependable, self-motivated, confident person with strong customer service skills to fill our front office position. This person must have a minimum of 2 years experience with Dentrix, insurance claims processing, treatment plan presentation,strong foundation in Treatment planning. This candidate must also be very organized and have strong attention to detail. Must be able to multi task and bring a friendly personality to the Patients and the team. The Front Office Assistant greets patients, schedules appointments, answers phones, manages administrative and financial records such as insurance billing and payments. This position provides the coordination for the office routines and procedures as well as reminder calls about scheduled appointments, follow ups, or cleanings. This candidate will be responsible for Insurance verification, Tx planning and Tx presentation . The candidate will be a part of our four people team at the front desk. The Front Office Assistant keeps the office organized and running smoothly and exhibits a positive countenance to every patient experience.
