Description
Orthodontic Manager: An Orthodontic Manager is responsible for the overall management, productivity and profitability of all Orthodontists and Assistants within their designated region. We are looking for a long-term fit to grow both personally and professionally with the office. Responsibilities: • Oversee orthodontic teams and manage productivity of multiple teams within multiple offices • Manage day-to-day operations or Ortho team, including patient and employee relations, operational goals, and team efficiency • Achieve revenue goals by effectively managing the ortho teams, patient scheduling, staff productivity, and collections and receivables • Foster a supportive team environment while keeping all assigned offices and team members accountable for company's vision and goals • Ensure Ortho Team operations meet company standards • Continue to assess staffing needs and assisting with recruiting and hiring efforts for the Orthodontic Team • Provide training and development to ensure all staff following company policy and procedures • Quickly respond to operational and clinical concerns in a timely manner • Create targets and budgeted goals to support office performance • Represent offices in meetings with company’s Leadership Qualifications: • High School Diploma or equivalent • Associates degree or higher in business or related field preferred • 4+ years of experience in Orthodontics • 4+ years of experience in managing and working with team with multiple employees • 3+ years of experience in leadership role managing multiple and diverse people • Experience and efficiency in computer skills/experience with dental software (Eaglesoft preferred) Required Traits: • Positive attitude and demeanor • Good grooming and professional image • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills • Strong multi-tasking and organizational skills • Ability to work well in a team environment If this seems like the fit for you apply now!
