Progressive and friendly dental office near Tomball is seeking an experienced (full-time/Part-time) admin, RDH & RDA. We are looking for warm, talented and motivated dental professionals who would like to be a part of starting and growing this practice. Experience is preferred but new grads are encouraged to apply! This position includes evenings and 2 Saturdays a month. Perfect for work/life balance! Competitive wages, amazing team, wonderful patients! What more can you ask for?!?!?   Duties and Responsibilities   · Provide exceptional customer experience. Have a warm welcome as the patient arrives, excellent chair side manner, and making sure the customer is happy and comfortable before leaving the office · Prepare exam and operatory rooms to be clean and ready to receive patient · Set up all necessary equipment and instruments for the procedure · Verify patient health history (basic health review, medications, allergies, understanding the procedures) and document appropriately in the patient’s charts · Log appropriate data during the exam and treatment, which would include doctor notes and any other vital information · Assist doctor with all dental procedures · Build trust and rapport with patients and clearly explain all dental procedures, answering any questions, increasing patient’s comfort level and gaining consent to move forward · Comfort patients before, during, and after treatment · Performing patient oral evaluations · Take, develop and mount accurate and high quality radiographs · Help clean the office and treatment rooms · Maintain patient confidentiality through HIPAA compliance · Follow organizations safety policies and procedures · Assist with other office duties as requested or needed   Minimum Education and Experience · 6 months experience preferred · High school diploma or equivalent · Dental Assistant license as required by state · Open Dental experience preferred · Experience with Insurance · Positive attitude and demeanor · Excellent verbal and written communication skills · Open Dental experience preferred · Knowledge of all company policies and rules · Ability to multi-task and work in a fast paced environment References · Please include references
