The Practice Manager is responsible for oversight of the day-to-day operations,
profit and loss, and overall success of the dental office in the local market.
The Practice Manager’s role is crucial to the delivery of providing our doctors
the business and systems support services they need. This will allow the
doctors to focus their skills and time in serving the patients’ oral care
•Directs and supervises employees engaged in office operations.
•Builds relationships of trust and advocates the needs for the doctor(s), staff
and the Company.
•Plans and prepares work schedules and assigns employees to specific job duties.
•Hires, assists in training, and evaluates employees in consultation with Human
