Career position for a front desk patient coordinator in a busy two doctor dental
office. We are searching for someone with the capability to handle multiple tasks
who has excellent phone skills and is a team player. This full time position
requires maturity, and a warm, caring personality focused on quality patient care.
Qualifications that are mandatory:
1. Answering many phone lines with a CLEAR and PLEASANT professional voice. You
must be able to enunciate well and pronounce words correctly. You must have
exceptional phone etiquette and be able to take detailed and accurate messages
while communicating with the utmost professionalism.
2. Use a computer to enter patient and insurance data while understanding the
importance of keeping detailed and accurate records. You must be able to initiate
and accomplish tasks to ensure an efficiently run busy front office while following
office policies and procedures.
