Estamos buscando a alguien que quiera unirse a nuestro equipo de trabajo, en la posicion de OFFICE MANAGER - DENTAL TREATMENT COORDINATOR. * Mandatory bilingual(English/ Spanish) Experiencia en Easy Dental o Dentrix. Ofrecemos un trabajo permanente de Lunes a Sabado. Critical Requirements • 4+ years experience * Mandatory bilingual(English/ Spanish) • Knowledge of billing and treatment case presentation required preferable with DENTRIX. QUALIFICATIONS: -Proven success as a Front Desk Manager / Treatment Coordinator (3+ years) -Extensive dental knowledge. - DENTRIX experience required. -Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills. -High level of professionalism. -Firm commitment to caring for our patients. -Ability to perform well in a fast-paced and challenging environment. Responsibilities include but are not limited to : * Answer, screen and forward calls, providing information, taking messages and scheduling appointments. * Provide information to callers, * Perform routine clerical and administrative functions such as correspondence, scheduling appointments, organizing and maintaining paper and file electronic claims. * Discuss Financial Arrangements options , understand dental insurance plans and benefits,familiar with medicaid,chip,and PPO Ins, and be capable of effectively presenting and selling dental treatment plans to our patients. *Verify Insurance Benefits. Managing people, greeting patients, presenting treatment plans, collecting money, billing patients, filing insurance, accounts receivables, be able to work well under pressure,must know how to run front office duties such as productive scheduling, billing of insurance, manage account receivable and run daily/monthly production & collection reports; check in /out patients; with a good attitude, organized, team worker, friendly, willing to grow with the Company; must be good at greeting patients, and taking care of their needs. We want a smile on your face at all times. People skills are absolutely necessary as is having a professional-looking appearance. Must be willing to help in multiple areas of the practice. Full Time Schedule: Monday- Friday from 9:00am to 7:00pm Saturdays from 9:00am to 2:00pm
