Patrick Family Dental Care is the general dental practice of Drs. Leslie and Alex
Patrick along with their colleague Dr. Cannon and long-term, close-knit staff. We
are growing again and are seeking a second Patient Coordinator who will work in
close partnership with our current (and, awesome) Patient Coordinator, Brittany.

This full-time position offers an ideal Monday-Friday work schedule, $xxx towards
medical insurance, clothing allowance, Employer xxxK Program, holiday pay,

Specific Tasks and Qualifications include:
Qualified candidates must have outstanding telephone and customer service skills
and consistently demonstrate accurate detail management within a multi-tasking
environment. Prior dental office experience is valuable, but not required. BA or
BS from an accredited University in Marketing, Psychology, Public Relations,
Communication, Business or similar field provides a valuable foundation to succeed
in this position. After training, responsibilities will include multi-tasking
between general admin duties, answering the phone, scheduling patient appointments,
making new patient appointments, check-in and out, data entry, insurance filing,
and providing extraordinary customer service. Additional priorities we are
1. Ability to report to work by 7AM on Wednesday and 7:30 AM on M, T, Th and Fri.
2. Positive outlook, easy-going problem-solving skills.
3. Excellent spoken and written language skills.
4. Stable work history.
5. Accurate data management and the ability to connect how one action will affect
6. Computer aptitude and accurate keyboarding.
