Leslie and Alex Patrick along with their colleague Dr. Cannon and long-term, close-knit staff. We are growing again and are seeking a second Patient Coordinator who will work in close partnership with our current (and, awesome) Patient Coordinator, Brittany. However, if you ask the staff to describe their benefits, you’ll also hear: “We have great doctors!” Specific Tasks and Qualifications include: Qualified candidates must have outstanding telephone and customer service skills and consistently demonstrate accurate detail management within a multi-tasking environment. Prior dental office experience is valuable, but not required. BA or BS from an accredited University in Marketing, Psychology, Public Relations, Communication, Business or similar field provides a valuable foundation to succeed in this position. After training, responsibilities will include multi-tasking between general admin duties, answering the phone, scheduling patient appointments, making new patient appointments, check-in and out, data entry, insurance filing, and providing extraordinary customer service. Additional priorities we are seeking include: 1. Ability to report to work by 7AM on Wednesday and 7:30 AM on M, T, Th and Fri. 2. Positive outlook, easy-going problem-solving skills. 3. Excellent spoken and written language skills. 4. Stable work history. 5. Accurate data management and the ability to connect how one action will affect another. 6.
