Kelley Orthodontics, the private orthodontic practice of Dr. James “Jed” Kelley, is
a 10 member-team committed to providing our patients the highest standards of
orthodontic care in an upbeat, efficient, and friendly office. We are seeking a
full-time Patient Accounts Coordinator.
This administrative role of “Patient Accounts Coordinator” is also commonly
referred to as “Financial Coordinator”. The Patient Account Coordinator documents
payment contracts, obtains responsible party signatures, enters the document into
the computer, sets up auto drafts, files and tracks insurance payments, and makes
the periodic “touch base” call to overdue accounts.
Qualifications to apply for this position include having:
1. A successful work history, in any field, requiring payment account management,
data entry, accounts receivable and billing.
2. Just the right amount of perfect personality perfectionism to enjoy putting the
dot over every “I” and the cross on every “t” to do the job right the first time
every time! (okay, “almost” every time…. We are hiring a human!)
3. Excellent verbal skills to discuss insurance benefits and limitations and answer
questions related to payment…. with the highest levels of warm, respectful,
relational customer service.
4. Impeccable verifiable references.
5. Stable work history.

This is a full-time, 40 hour / week position, M-F. Friday, dedicated to projects
and meetings, can be “early out” as patient treatment days are M-TH evenly dividing
our time between our two busy practice locations at xxxx-E Johnnie Dodds Blvd and
xxxx Salterbeck Street, both located in beautiful Mt. Pleasant.
