We are looking for a Patient Coordinator with a strong customer service
background for one of our offices focused on providing quality and convenience

Our Patient Coordinators:
* Welcome and acknowledge all patients, anticipate and address patients'
* Positively impact our patients lives
* Build productive and smart schedules to benefit the practice and the patients
* Meticulously verify patients schedules and insurance benefits
* Balance multiple tasks in a productive manner
* Go over treatment plans with patients
* Proactively fill doctor and hygienist roles
* Make sure waiting area and public areas are clean
* Confirm appointments with patients via telephone
* First to start relationship with patients which sets tone for the visit
* Assist patients in financial arrangements
- Work with patients balances and denials
* Minimum of 2 years in a Dental, Medical, or Retail setting with strong
emphasis in customer service is required
* Strong verbal and written communication skills
