The private practice of Dr. Rhonda Hogan has the best reason to be searching for a
staff position: We are having a baby! Well, okay- “We” aren’t having a baby.
However, Ashley, our wonderful admin staff member of 10 years is! And, her
post-birth plans are to retire from dentistry and enjoy her new role as full-time
Mother and Home Manager.
Our preference is to find an experienced candidate with two or more years of dental
front office experience. However, we will consider candidates with awesome
customer service skills who have parallel work experiences in dental assisting,
medical administration or the insurance industry.

This is a full-time, 4 ½ day / week permanent position. Enjoy a long weekend EVERY
weekend with ideal office hours and co-workers that you’ll never want to leave
(unless, of course, baby calls you elsewhere!)
Our pediatric dental practice is dedicated to providing excellent treatment and

We are seeking one more like-minded, talented team member for this multi-faceted
position. Primary job responsibilities include:
• Building rapport with patients and parents, taking sincere interest in their
dental health and helping them understand how their insurance will cover some of
the fees related to the next visit
• Completing classic “check out” procedures
• Scheduling the Doctor’s schedule
• Explaining and educating about insurance benefits and limitations
• Helping co-workers manage phones

Qualifications to apply for this position include:
1. Two or more years of dental front office experience. However, we will consider
candidates with awesome customer service skills who have parallel work experiences
in dental assisting, medical administration or the insurance industry.
2. Initiative, humor, can-do attitude and that perfect amount of “Dental OCD”.
3. Software friendly aptitude and precise, efficient data entry skills.
4. Excellent verifiable references
