Description
Brand new beautiful office in Springwoods Village near Spring, Texas seeking friendly staff members. Excellent opportunity for a front office, treatment plan and scheduling coordinator to join a wonderful working environment. Office is new, clean and exceptionally modern offering only the best for the patients. Minimum Experience/Skills: 2 years in dental field. Out of network experience a plus. Greet guests in a professional, friendly, and professional manner; appropriately handling incoming telephone calls in a timely manner. Excellent communication over the phone and written correspondence a must. Willing to cross train to help in clinical areas if needed is a plus. Familiarity with dental office practices and front desk duties Effectively manage patient scheduling, recare and case acceptance. Increases and stimulates new patient growth by supporting sales, marketing. Familiar with Dentrix and experience in an office with CAD/CAM same day restorations a plus. Self-motivating, success with new challenges Organized, punctual and dependable Comfortable with new technology and computers Enjoys a team environment, yet can work independently Educate patients about the treatment plan to achieve high level of patient acceptance, and have excellent persuasive skills. You will be working with a doctor that is very conservative and always puts the patients needs first. The persuasive skills are not to "sell" unnecessary dentistry, but to help patients understand that when diagnosed treatment gets put off it usually creates more expensive and more aggressive treatment needed later on. Presenting fees and giving cost estimates of treatment out-of-pocket costs. Discuss payment plans, pre-estimates and patient follow-up. Explain specific consents required for treatment in a friendly manner. Knowledge of the dental insurances and fee for service office environment is a plus. Other responsibilities include but are not limited to: coordinating communications between doctors and patients, helping to build and maintain a doctor/hygiene schedule, assist with patient inquiries, including insurance questions, organize and present patient treatment plans with financial obligations and get patient agreement. Responsible for administering the day-to-day activities of the dental front desk and office, including but not limited to: maintenance of the records of patients, scheduling of patients, accounts receivable, maintaining appearance and order of dental office, and recall/recare system. Will also be required to assist with general office duties and marketing as needed.
