KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES: 1. Knowledge of dental basics & terminology 2.
Thorough knowledge of dental operations. 3. Knowledge of Dentrix and Microsoft
and use of standard office equipment (telephones, copiers, scanners, computers).
4. Ability to coordinate pediatric dental & orthodontic treatment 5. Ability to
read/write, analyze, and interpret common insurance plans and financial
information. 6. Ability to respond to common and basic inquiries from patients,
staff, insurance agencies, vendors, or other members of the community. 7.
Ability to draw valid conclusions, apply sound judgment in making decisions, and
make decisions under pressure while keeping cool, calm, and collective. 8.
Ability to do basic mathematical problems such as fractions, percentages, and
ratios that apply to dental benefits. Required Qualifications: Minimum 2 years
in a related dental role Minimum of 2 years leading a team
