Description
Growing Family Dental Practice in South West Fort Worth seeking a Dental Assistant. We are high tech and detailed office! Our office hours are Monday through Thursday with a half day administrative day on Fridays. We are open Monday and Tuesday from 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM and Wednesdays and Thursdays from 7:30 AM to 2:30 PM. We have admin days on Fridays from 9-1 PM. We have a daily morning huddle that is held each morning before we start patients. We are very fortunate to have a team in place where everyone genuinely likes each other, and will go out of their way to help their fellow teammates, our patients, and our doctor out. WE ARE LOOKING FOR A TRUE RAY OF SUNSHINE - after all, our dental assistans are working with our patients directly each day and helping to create beautiful smiles and healthy dentitions. Your smile and positive attitude need to radiate through your entire being. The successful candidate will be responsible for administering the day-to-day activities of the back office. Including: Assisting our dentist, stocking treatment rooms, organizing laboratory work and implant cases, organzing sterilization, calling and checking on our patients and preparing our doctor for each procedure. Experience with Dentrix Practice Management Software, Dexis Image, Dexis Sensors, Cari Vu imaging and Intra-Oral cameras. 4. Ready and available professional references from previous employers and coworkers to affirm your ultimate integrity and ethical standards. 5. A team player and able to adapt to office policy improvements (office is constantly striving for improved customer care/service). 6. Conflict resolution experience. We like to get along, and we love our patients and our team. We are looking for someone who can spot a potential problem and resolve it before it becomes an issue. 7. Customer service and patient relations experience. Quick response/accurate data entry. 8. Accuracy, Honesty, Integrity, DETAIL ORIENTED and an ability to always see room for improvement within one's own performance. MUST BE ABLE TO FOLLOW INSTRUCTIONS and document well.
