Patient Services Representative: The Patient Services Representative
facilitates patient office visits from initial contact throughout the
visit,ensuring a high level of customer service.
Candidate has the option to work Saturdays when office is open.
MUST BE RDA CERTIFIED AND HAVE DENTAL EXPERIENCE EITHER FRONT/BACK OFFICE.
Qualified applicants should be able to: Greet patients in a cordial,
professional manner and become an advocate during the patient's visit. Ensure
accuracy of patient information and insurance coverage Understand payment
methods, communicate fee requirements, collect and document payment for dental
services. The position is the liaison for communication between the patient and
other staff members. Ensure patient records are organized and available for
patient appointments. Seek patient feedback to ensure satisfaction and
schedules follow up dental appointments. Previous office and/or customer
service experience, basic computer skills, with prior experience working with
data base information is required. Must have the ability to communicate in a
professional manner and work in a team environment. Must have excellent
organizational skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritize steps to be
accomplished. Candidates with prior dental office, dental technology and dental
practice management software experience(Eaglesoft) preferred. Pay range is
$16-$18 per hour depending on the applicant's experience.
