Description
Scheduling Coordinator Stonehaven Dental & Orthodontics has an opening for a Scheduling Coordinator in Waco, TX. We provide a working environment like no other dental office you have ever seen! We offer all this and a compensation package that includes health insurance plans, a competitive bonus structure and PTO. • Extremely Productive and fast paced office looking for that exceptional, structured team member to join our dental family. • Greet and check out patients in a friendly manner • Responsible for managing and keeping doctor and hygiene schedule productive and making sure all patients have future appointments scheduled • Adhere to the scheduling system of Stonehaven Dental (will have training available) • Assist patients with understanding and accepting their clinical diagnosis • Collect over counter fees for dental treatment • Coordinate financial agreements for the patient's financial responsibility of dental treatment • Correspond with MB2 Dental Solutions with Issue Tracks • Responding to patient billing or financial inquiries, directing to appropriate departments, as necessary. • Support the front desk staff members by fulfilling patient care responsibilities • Follow up on patient pursuits • Check and respond to voice mails and emails left for the office • Follow up on Lighthouse xxx • Assist with other office duties as requested or needed • Present patient with full walk out statement • Billing insurance at check out • End of Day reports • Prior coordinating hygiene schedules experience preferred • Days needed will be Monday through Friday • Versed in Dentrix is required • Highly effective verbal and communication skills • Excellent customer service skills • Professionalism in all aspects of job • Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills • Ability to multi-task and work in a fast paced environment PIxxxxxxxx1
