Our Dental Practice is looking for an energetic Office Manager (in Cedar Park, TX) who is self motivated, hard-working, dependable and has a positive "Can-do" attitude. Office Manager must be good at multitasking and performing front office functions including answering phones, scheduling, dentist's treatment coordination, appointment confirmation, treatment plans, billing, managing the office, hitting production goals, etc.. Must have excellent communication skills, Dental Software experience and MS Office Word and Excel experience. Experience working with Denticon a plus but not required. Candidate must have excellent oral and written communication skills; bilingual (Spanish) is desired but not required. We are seeking a career-oriented, friendly, energetic, motivated, dependable, and organized Office Manager with a positive "Can-do" attitude to join our team of dental professionals. Desired Qualifications: - At least 8 years of dental office management experience - Experience with dental insurance and billing - Experience with efficiently scheduling appointments for Dentist/Hygienist - Excellent written and communication skills - Efficient at producing production reports in excel - Excellent phone skills - Familiar with dental treatment planning and presentation - MUST be customer-service oriented and flexible - Must be over 21 years old. Office Manager's Responsibilities - Responsible for the overall office performance - Implement office procedures to improve workflow efficiency - Dentist's and Hygienist Treatment Coordinator - Billing Medicaid - General front office functions (phones, mail, etc.) - Responsible for production goals - Team leader for office Excellent Compensation based on Experience Typical work week is Monday- Friday 8AM to 5:00PM.
