We are looking to add a Patient Coordinator to maintain our high level patient experience. Benefits and Compensation: Compensation is an hourly base plus an opportunity to earn bonuses based on company goals after one year of employment. Our hours of operation for this position are 8am – 5pm Monday through Friday and 8am-2pm on Saturdays. If you feel you are the right candidate, please apply with resume and a photo. Duties & Responsibilities (include, but not limited to): Answer telephone promptly and in a polite and professional manner. Obtain and enter accurate information in the Electronic Health Record. Confidently educate patient's on insurance benefits answer patient questions. Assist patient's with financial arrangements so they may begin treatment with no financial barriers. Strive to provide patient focused service and a positive impression of the Office. Coordinate with the clinical team to support patient care. Preferred Experience Minimum of 2 years in dental administration or customer service experience. Must work well with others in a team environment. Knowledge of insurance plans, deductibles/copays is encouraged. Skills & Qualifications: Bilingual english/spanish preferred. Possess exceptional customer service skills. Be a self-starter, able to work with minimal supervision. Able to finish assigned duties and additional tasks in a timely manner. Be detailed oriented and provide accuracy in work. Have confidence in the work produced and take constructive criticism well. Ability to handle confidential and sensitive patient information, HIPAA guidelines Ability to communicate effectively in person and on the telephone. Possess effective problem solving skills Ability to work with a diverse patient population and a multi-ethnic staff Job Type: Full-time
