DDS® Dentures + Implant Solutions® is hiring for General Managers in the Houston
As a General Manager, you must be willing to relocate and present with 3 years
of management experience. You must be dependable, reliable, and passionate
about delighting the patient. As a General Manager, you must be a fully
functional expert in all processes and positions. This is an extremely hands-on
management position, and you will spend most of your time working directly with
employees throughout the clinic as well as interacting with patients. We have a
well-established training process to get you up to speed and familiarize you
with our format and the dental industry.
Your specific duties as a General Manager include:
Managing all employees to maintain high employment standards consistent with
OSHA, state licensing requirements, patient care and overall customer service.
Maintaining all employee files and ensuring that all required documentation is
complete and accurate, performing quarterly evaluations, and coaching your team
Ensuring that your clinic is optimally staffed and that employees are fully
trained in all aspects of their current job as well as able to cross train for
better coverage in case of an outage.
Develop initiatives to increase revenue, profitability, and new patient numbers
Analyze the P&L to look for areas of improvement.
Establish and implement marketing campaigns for your location.
Work closely with your team and doctors to ensure that patient care is being
Complete the end of day and end of month reports, simple accounting procedures,
and understand and analyze accounting reports to review production, collections,
adjustments, revenue, and profit and loss.
Minimum 3 years of management experience
Must be willing to relocate in our 7 state market
Legal authorization to work in the United States
Minimum 21 years of age
Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred
