A local Capitol Hill Dental Office is in the process of hiring of two talented,
energetic, and customer service oriented persons to be their Financial
Coordinator & Treatment Plan Coordinator/ Second Dental Assistant.
Along with projecting a positive and professional image, the candidate will also
play a critical role in representing the culture, quality, and values held by
this office and its team members.
In this open and welcoming work environment, this position is the first face and
voice customers will encounter and thus it is imperative that their first
impression be one of warmth, caring and professionalism. Prospective candidate
- Engage with customers with a service-oriented focus through personal,
electronic, and verbal communication. An awareness of proper use of English
grammar as well as shining customer service skills are required!
- Become knowledgeable on more complex office policy/procedures when scheduling
appointments and when coordinating with product suppliers and referring offices.
Comfort using a computer and phone are required!
- Strength in the ability to prioritize through meticulous attention to detail
- Be able to implement basic bookkeeping/accounting skills.
- Will possess an entrepreneurial mindset in problem-solving and multi-tasking.
- Previous sales and/or customer service experience is a plus.
- A minimum of an Associates’ degree is required.
- Hourly pay ranging from $19-24/hour, depending upon skill level &
qualifications. Average work week ranges from 32-40 hours/ week; Monday- Friday.
Ability to be prompt for work hours is critical. We are accessible via Eastern
Market Metro (Orange line- 0.5 miles) and Union Station (Red lin- 0.7 miles).
A great deal of trust and responsibility will be placed on this team member to
perform an exemplary job in the coordination of financial plans, scheduling, as
well as keeping all other team members abreast of customer referrals from other
offices. In addition, an outstanding work ethic, positive approach to problem
