Looking for an experienced office manager to join our orthodontic team. Must be
knowledgeable and familiar with QuickBooks software. Position requires treatment
coordinating and customer management skills. We use OrthoTrac software in our
office so being already familiar is a plus. Office manager is a vital position
on our team so prior marketing experience and prior healthcare experience is
required. Applicants must be quick to learn, professional, and able to think
Tasks include but are not limited to:
Answering phones, verifying insurance, working with EOB's, submitting claims,
payroll, payroll taxes, recredentialing, marketing, scheduling, etc.
Position is Part Time and compensation will depend on experience.
