Job Title: Credentialing Specialist Hourly Rate: Depending On Qualifications Location: xxxx Beltline Rd. Suite xxx-2C Dallas, Tx, xxxx8 Job Type:Full Time Job Description/Responsibilities: Oral Health Industries is seeking someone with knowledge and experience in dental credentialing. This individual will need to have knowledge of TMHP, DentaQuest, MCNA, and PPO credentialing applications. The Credentialing Specialist will be required to maintain all dentist in network with proper credentialing paperwork to align with the mission, vision, and values of Oral Health Industries. This position will be reporting directly to the Director of Human Resource and will play an instrumental role in the Credentialing department. Job Duties: Completes provider credentialing and re-credentialing applications; monitors applications and follow-up as needed including certificate expiration and renewals Compiles and maintains current state licenses, DEA certificates, malpractice coverage and any other required credentialing documents for all providers Ensure new offices are credentialed with dental plans, agencies & other entities Submit and follow up on applications with insurance companies Audits dental plan directories for current and accurate provider information Performs other duties as required to support the Credentialing Department Job Requirements: High School Diploma or equivalent required Minimum 1 year of Dental Insurance experience in a multi-entity, dentistry organization required Minimum 1 year of dental Credentialing experience in a multi-entity, dentistry organization required Experience working directly with insurance companies Experience with delegated credentialing is a plus Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment while successfully meeting deadlines and completing projects Ability to multi-task, work independently, and be self-directed Benefits: Competitive Pay Paid Time Off Health and Vision Insurance Life Insurance Teledoc EEO Statement: Oral Health Industries is an equal opportunity employer/affirmative action employer (minorities/females/disability/veterans) that is committed to diversity in its workforce.
