DECA Dental Group the largest privately held Dental company in Texas. Due to
growth, we are seeking someone with a proven track record leading billing,
revenue management, credentialing while driving strategies that maximize payment
processes to help our continuous growth and expand our Insurance platform.
Supports DECA Dental Group’s credentialing department by ensuring all dentists
are in network with the proper credentialing paperwork to align with the
mission, vision, and values of the organization.
This position will be reporting directly to the Director of Insurance and will
play an instrumental role in expanding the DECA brand.
Job Duties and Requirements:
Completes provider credentialing and re-credentialing applications; monitors
applications and follow-up as needed including certificate expiration and
Compiles and maintains current state licenses, DEA certificates, malpractice
coverage and any other required credentialing documents for all providers
Ensure new offices are credentialed with dental plans, agencies & other entities
Submit and follow up on applications with insurance companies
Audits dental plan directories for current and accurate provider information
Performs other duties as required to support the Credentialing Department
Education & Background Requirements:
High School Diploma or equivalent required
Minimum 1 year of Insurance experience in a multi-entity, multi-state healthcare
Minimum 1 year of Credentialing experience in a multi-entity, multi-state
healthcare organization required
Experience working directly with insurance companies
Experience with delegated credentialing is a plus
Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment while successfully meeting
deadlines and completing large projects
Ability to multi-task, work independently, and be self-directed
Compensation will commensurate with experience.
