Family Smiles of Commerce ***Bilingual is required for fluency in English & Spanish*** Summary Build our Marketing/Education Team to support Smile Magic dental practice. Oversee education team members who are out in the community helping children and adults learn more about proper oral health. Duties and Responsibilities Educate community about proper oral health. Manage lead generation through community education. Recruit, hire, and train educators. Establish performance goals for employees; monitor and appraise employee job results Communicate job expectations, counsel, coach, and discipline team members. Organize events and create strategic partnerships. Develop strategies, tactics, and plans for future growth. Build solid customer relationships. Provide results assessments, data analysis, and review and interpret reports.
