Current front staff member was just accepted to nursing school and is going to
part-time status with the office. So, we're in search of qualified applicants
to become a full-time member of our business staff.
Minimum 3 years dental-specific business office experience (not medical or
general office) in the past 5 years is required. For cross-training purposes,
having some clinical dental assistant experience is also a plus. The office uses

network dental insurance and PPO network insurance: Specifically, verifying
benefits and giving patients a reasonably accurate indication of their estimated
payment portion, entering treatment plans into Eaglesoft, entering in online and
check payments with any needed ledger adjustments from EOBs, handling
In addition to having a strong self-starter work ethic, and having time
management & organizational skills, the employee must be outgoing and cater to
the patients, and also seamlessly integrate with the team in order to create a
positive-energy work environment. The office has a vibrant, cohesive and happy
feel, and our Google and other reviews support this.
Employee hours are M-W 7:45 to 4:30 (up to 5:00) with a 1-hour lunch and
Thursday from 7:45 to 2:00. In the near future, Thursday hours may convert to
the same as the M-W timeframe.
