Our beautiful technology based practice is looking for a highly skilled Practice Manager. Ideal candidate will be friendly, outgoing, and highly organized, will provide superior customer service and possess a happy to do it attitude. Individual must have excellent interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to multitask in a fast paced, high energy environment. Candidate must have at least 5 years dental experience, and 1-2 years experience leading a dental team (preferred). Eaglesoft experience preferred but not required. Preferred Qualities Organized, Accountable, Disciplined Strong financial background Keep account receivables on track Strong treatment planning Insurance management Office hours are the following (not flexible): Monday-Tuesday: 9am-7pm Wednesday-Thursday: 6:30am-1pm Friday: 6:30am-3pm Responsibilities Oversee all day-to-day operations Track and record metrics to achieve goals Create, establish, and manage internal practice protocols and procedures to ensure office efficiency Oversee insurance processing Treatment Consultations: individual must have experience presenting large extensive dental treatment, must possess excellent verbal skills and dental knowledge in periodontal procedures, implants, cosmetics, sedation dentistry, and general dentistry. Lead, motivate, and supervise team. Manage employee conduct and provide counseling when necessary. Achieve revenue goals by effectively managing patient scheduling, staff productivity, and collections.
