We currently have five doctors on staff and are in the process of opening additional locations. The ideal assistant should have a wide range of dental assisting experience, including but not limited to: bone grafting, root canals, Invisalign, implant and oral surgery, dental veneers, and laser utilization. Dental assistants are expected to work alongside doctors, while also coordinating with front office staff to provide the best experience to our patients. Essential Duties & Responsibilities • Following up with patients and answering questions • Checking in and sending off lab cases • Assisting the doctors on procedures, including, but not limited to: RCT, Crowns, Cerec crowns and bridges, veneers, fillings, extractions, implants, bone grafting, large restorative cases, whitening, etc • Setting up and breaking down rooms • Maintaining sterilization and cleanliness Requirements • The ability to develop rapport and trust with patients. • Traits, attitudes, skills: unstoppable mindset, coachable, exceptionally driven, resourceful, results-oriented, passionate about helping the business grow, persuasive, assertive, honest, quality follow-up, attention to detail, outstanding communicator (both verbal and written). Preferred qualifications: • Experience with growing dental practices or start ups. • Ability to move quickly with the changing environment and are willing to embrace the latest tools and technologies that are improving dentistry's clinical and business practices.
