looking for an experienced, motivated, friendly front desk receptionist to help
with answering phone calls, scheduling the patients, familiar with insurance codes
including medicaid, following up with unscheduled patients with pending treatment
plans, presenting treatment plans to the patients, and sending authorization to
insurances. Spanish speaking is a must.
Hours 20-30 hours/weeek
Mondays 9:30-2:30, Wednesdays 9:30-6:30, Thursdays 11-5
We are flexible on hours and we can discuss to add more hours in future.
