Our dental office is looking for an energetic and friendly person with great
customer service skills and the ability to multitask to join out team as our
insurance/hygiene coordinator. The duties include greeting patients, verifying
insurance plans, setting up and filing insurance. This person will also be
responsible for scheduling the hygiene patients to help maintain a full and
productive schedule. They will need organizing skills to help keep track of
patients that are due and past due for appointments with the hygienists. They will
also be expected to handle routine front office duties as well, such as answering
the phone, making appointments, etc. Experience with Eaglesoft would be beneficial
but not a requirement.
