Seeking an experience Office Manager for a botique dental practice in
Buckhead. We are a FFS practice that provides General, Implant, Cosmetic, Ortho
***Administrative personnel with minimum 8 YEARS of experience in the
FRONT OFFICE of a DENTAL PRACTICE. ***Professional, Articulate, Great Attitude,
Trustworthy, and Serious about the Growth of a Private Dental Practice.
Manage and train employees. We have a small staff of 5-6 people.
****Looking for a long term candidate.
***Experience MUST include: DENTRIX software proficiency G6: Treatment Plan
Presentation, Calculate fees for Treatment Coordinating and Patient Financial
arrangements. Implement financial policies; Discuss payment plans-CARE CREDIT,
Pre-estimates and Patient follow up.
***Maintain up to date coverage and benefit information on employers and patient
insurance information. Process and file insurance claims, collect patient
portion in accord with Office Policies. Post payments and EOB’s to patient
records, manage patient accounts and practice accounts receivables.
***Effective patient communication skills. Effectively manage the practice
schedule. Successful candidate must have strong organizational skills. And be an
asset to the office and Dentist. This is a great office to be a part of for the
